Hey guys, Drew back here, I wanted to post again today to share the prizes for the Grandpa Roy prizes, unfortunately, we are finished for the year, unless in packages in late December I receive new Cano or Swisher cards I needed. So, I'm going to give the title to....

Catching Up.... Mo Mail Fo Me!

Hey guys, Drew back here, I'm pretty this is 3 maildays in one, but whatever. Right now I really can care less about trading, as the awards are really starting to shape up. Many of the panel members have chosen their nominees, and the final nominees may be announced as early as Wednesday/Thursday, depending on if the rest finish. So, got a quick care package from William, same with Spastik Moose, and an eBay package. Here are my results:

Care package from foul bunt: Jeez, that's like 2 from him in a week! I asked why he didn't conserve .85 cents and send them all in one, but at least he had a reason, that he didn't look through his other box of tradebait lying around! I think he may have traded me the CC before, but I needed the other 3, including the Cano, which gets him .5 on the scoreboard! Thanks dude!


Care Package from Spastik Moose: Well, he told me he bought the Cano for me, so that makes me happy, that someone cares about me & my castle of baseball cards! It's a nice card, I now have the base & refractor versions of it. No idea what the Bazooka Joe thing is, didn't collect in 2003, so I have no clue. Help needed on that one. + .5 Points for Spastik Moose!


eBay Purchase: This I only got because it's been stalking me, plus it had pinstripes on both, and I guess it's nice. It was 4 bucks including shipping, so overall, a dual game used of Robinson Cano & Ross Ohlendorf was a nice little addition to the Cano PC. It's numbered out of 400 and now I have 2 out of his 5 dual game used cards in the set, still need the Cano/Damon, Cano/Posada, Cano/Michael Young. Holla if you have one.

Couple recent additions

Hey guys. I know I said you'd be seeing less and less of me lately, and I now even more less and less. I have a fever of like 100-102 or something, I feel worse than yesterday, and I definitely won't be doing much in a little bit. I guess I'll put up a Grandpa Roy question in a bit. So, I wanted to show you guys this Random Act of Kindness, from Tim of GSNHOF, who definitely deserves a little shoutout, because he randomly sent me the Cano Bowman's Best base card after he won the set at Wax Pack Relapse, and asked me if I needed any. I said yeah, the Cano, but not a big deal, I can pick it up cheap later. I have the set already also, and I hate having to say, "that card isn't here, it's in the set binder". Randomly he sent me the card in a little envelope out of kindness, and said I don't need to hit em back. Well, I may hit him back sometime, but for now, he gets 1 point on the scoreboard (1/2 point for the Cano, 1/2 point for being cool about that). I thought I took a picture of it, but I guess I didn't. Sorry! Anyway, thanks Tim!

The second card I picked up was off of eBay. It's nice, but it has a horrible corner. Oh well, I guess that's what happens when you buy cards that cost less than the shipping! Here's a picture of this, I don't know if you'll be able to see it but the bottom right corner on the back is completely destroyed!
