WAT Winner is...

Hey guys, Drew back here. This morning I found out about the winner of our worst autograph tournament, so I figured a final post would be good to make it official. Jason Jennings took home first prize while Vernand Morency fell just a bit short. So congrats Jason Jennings, Your auto sucks! Thanks again to all who helped me out with the tournament, Chris, Mike, and Jordan, great job! And after months of voting, Jason Jennings has indeed the worst autograph as voted by you the fans!

Tomorrow I'm going to the Yankees game, the first one for me this year. Andy Pettitte is going up against David Price, so that means a low scoring and very interesting one to come! I don't go to many Yankee games, usually 1 a year, so I cherish the game and it's always a blast. If you may remember last year, I went to Old Timers Day, and I opened 2 packs of 2009 Allen & Ginter for Gint-A-Cuffs while I was there. My dad also gave me a Ron Guidry autograph, my 1st of now 2 Guidry autos in my collection. So we hope to see the museum and maybe even Monument Park, and it should be fun. I'll definitely have more to come after the game!

Ok, we need to end this post on a good note, I found out who my Red Hot Rookie is this year, unfortunately it's not Strasburg, but it was a deserving All Star!

Worst Autograph Tournament FINALS

Let the Games Begin (Again)...

Hey guys, Drew back here. Ok, so I can seriously explain this. I hung out with a friend for about 30 hours, Friday night and Saturday till 11:30. This morning we went to Church and out for lunch for Mother's Day. On Friday night I had a game against an undefeated team and we beat them and continue to roll with a 9-0 record. I had an RBI single so that broke a hitting slump I've been in. Ok, now, Round 2 is here and if any of the region owners are reading this please remove your last polls and make Round 2 polls. Here is the updated bracket, a few upsets in my opinion, and I don't get how some people voted AGAINST Vernand Morency and Chris Johnson. I mean, they still won in a landslide but wow, how can you not vote for them?

Hey everyone, I'm kinda having trouble thinking of more nominees for the Bracket. It's been on the sidebar for a few weeks and I've added a few a little at a time, so it's getting pretty high. We have 49/64 contestants so far, and I do need 1 more blogger to step up and volunteer. The Worst Autograph Bracket: Coming Soon!

Hey guys, Drew back here. I have a really fun idea, and it is very similar to what dayf is doing with the Gimmick bracket. So I don't get in the way of his fun, I'll start it a little after his is finished.

So, I will need 3 other blogs to join in on the fun and help out here as the 4 parts of the bracket. Please comment if you have a blog and are interested in doing one of the regions.

Now, in this tourney we will pick the top 64 worst signers in baseball history, so I need EVERYBODY to step up and nominate someone so we can get there. Please leave a comment if you know of a player off hand that has a horrible signature!
